which engine oil, how much ?

for a 1998 v6 auto 2.5 saloon

is semi-synth ok ? thinking 10/40 ? also,how much do they hold ?
and while i'm here, spark plugs, which ones ?

For normal road use use a 5w-40 , if you are going to push it try the Amsoil TSO 0w-30 , I know this goes against everything people will tell you but there are enough people on this forum to verify that this is the way to go. Full synth only. semi is a con aand as an oil dealer I am still waiting after over 1 year to find out what a semi synthetic is!
The club members get a discount on Amsoil just ask or look on the discount section. Any probs just ask me or just do a search on amsoil or just oil ; back to my hols now .
