Hi
Im having big problems in trying to take out my shifter, to install a short shifter.
i just cant see how to take it out, see my pictures..

I think , maybe wrong but you have to remove the gearknob and the short shifter goes under there .

yeah i know that much but i cant seem to remove the current shifter.. have a look at the pictures^^

Solid stuff!! i fitted my short shifter just now thanks the Kieran's guide to installing a quickshifter.. nice easy to follow. Results are remarkable and Im not even having much problem with reversing :2thumbsup

I got mines from ebay:

(It came from the US and arrived within a week)
It says its for the Evo but it also fits on galants! well "Axeboy" used the same one on his VR4 and i used mines on a V6 elegance. So il guess it will work on yours and mines are really the same.
I think other people on the site might be able to get it cheaper!
