i did a wheel bearing on a chicks vr4 at work... (you talking bout front wheel bearing right)? she didnt want to pay for the genuine hub-bearing assembaly but went for an aftermarket bearing....bad mistake!! the hub is an absolut **** to get out of the bearing! may just be due to the face this car is a pig but yeah...if i had the hub bearing assembaly it would have been alot easier, it comes off with 4 bolts!
anywho thats my 2 cents

Gaak. £150 :(

Thought I might get one on the off chance that my car's judder is due to a dodgey bearing.

Maybe not!

Stuart,
The numbers are correct that you put up. I can confirm that the kit PWK0051 is for a front wheel bearing Vr4 estate.(saloons are same 99% sure).
PWK0036 is the number of the rear wheel bearing kit again for a VR4, from the same company.(Got one in me garage waiting to go on, similar design as front one.
If the Camskill full hub price is a bit pricey for you, the bearing kits are roughly half the price. They can be fitted by yourself if you are familiar with a "GREAT BIG HAMMER".:smash: Now I've done a front bearing change out, I would recommend a full hub change out for 145dabs. It'll be alot easier and alot less fannnyandgrief !.
Pm me for the good prices I paid if you wanna know.
