Spark plug replacement

Can anyone tell me how to replace the spark plugs i.e taking of the mainifold etc and how hard it is to do
If anyone has a service manual instructions that will be cool

I watched kenneth do it, seems simple enough, took him about 2-3 hours i think. I think it comes down to if you take it off, put it back in the right place in the right order/haz
