checked the oil on the V6 the other day , about 300 miles after the oil change and was plesently suprised , especially as i didn't flush it

Thats pretty good considering you didnt flush it.
How many miles it done?
Mine looks like that after about 1000 miles, thats with flush.
Just goes to show, put good oil in and it stays clean.

that oil has done about 300 miles , and most of those were a high speed run to norwich and back , as for the good oil , well erm (is don about ?) the stuff that came out was semi synth ovoline 10-40 and the current stuff is fully synth comma 5-40 (specia offer at linco)

142000 miles , nah still 3 parts , the beer is in the pantry and y legs are ignoring any requests my brain is making for them to move in some sort of walking fashion

Not braggi’n or nufing – but mine has done over 3K since last change and looks better than that, and I also do runs to Norwich.
