What kind of sound files can i upload ?
I tried an MP3 but it wouldn't have it ! Also how do i change the format of the sound file to something that can be uploaded.. /dunce

All I can suggest is zipping the file and uploading it that way, it appears you cannot upload any sound files directly

Use winzip......you can download a trial version for free if you don't have it already.

ive not allowed mp3 uploads.. but as pete suggests, just zip it, and upload it :)
