Hi there, for a stereo like this
http://www.laveesh.net/other/stereo.JPG

can it be easily replaced (the unit with like cassete, fm etc.), just wonderingg incase it needs to be the stock one, for the whole unit (such as airconditioning and all ) to function?

OR, can this easily just be replaced with a pioneer cd player, etc. and the whole system will still work ? Is this just as easy to do as you would for a stereo of another car?

Cheers, thank you., also one more question pls, this Galant doesnt have a cd stacker (but has the cd button on the head deck), so if i want to keep this head deck, will it be possible just to plug in any cd stacker, or does anyone know the specific one, like can it be any Pioneer one for example?

Thank you so much.:d :d

yes it can be replaced,

but you not be able to control your new radio using the MMC screen,
but you will still have the rest of the fuctions on the TV, AC etc.

no you cannot use any old cd stacker...
you need to get the factory mitsi one..

just get a normal cd player as you would for any other car that has no tv/mmc thingee

what ever you do not remove your existing tv/mmc unit....

just replace the stereo unit :P

Thank you :D have an awesome day. by the way, if theres no tuner box in the back , is it still possible to connect a dvd player or something to the MMCS TV Screen? Cheers
