I keep getting database errors and when on here very very slow at times loading pages

All other sites I check are fine

Just got error again

There seems to have been a problem with the database.
Please try again by clicking the Refresh (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19031#) button in your web browser.

Looks like it's been resolved, but gimme a shout if there are any issues and I will try to speak to the hosting company
