Quick Question, I posted mine up at photobucket and provided image links back to here but it's only showing the links, not the images. What am I doing wrong ??

Hey Groundcontrol .......... some great photos there and in particular this one. Hope you don't mind - I've sharpened it up a bit. It's one of the best VR4 group photos I've seen.

I think we should do a similar thing again soon, but earlier in the day, maybe 2pm on a Sunday - I don't think any of us were too keen to stand around a talk - it was too cold!

Thanks for access, whats preferred size for pix uploads ?
I uploaded a 1200 x 800 and it filled the screen, don't want to over load the server or kill someones dial-up.

Heres the pic ( testing )

those are quite bright?

Yeah, the flash is not the proper one for the camera, I can't afford the $800 + price so it doesn't regulate output, just blasts away. Prefer daylight shoot for that reason.

Just stretch one of your gstrings over the flash, it will cut down the strength a little bit :)

Depends on the type of 'G String'... As some there aint much to them lol!:smug:

well I was thinking he would use the front, if he used the back there would be a big line running through the frame which wouldn't be very good at all :)

Any chance of a name list for the group photo so we can see who is who?
Good pics BTW!

G String..?? I'm not wrecking my guitar just for a good picture.

Actually found this fascinating site where they specialise in Flash photog and managing all that kind of stuff. www.strobist.com but when you're trying to cover 23 cars at about a 40 meter distance then all the rules get thrown out for sheer 'Fire Power'.
Daytime for next big shoot, then camera can do it's own thing totally and she'll be real sweet.

( I can't fit in a a G-String anyway .... )
