Nah it was a mix up at the panelbeaters. The idiots put a prefacelift front on by mistake. I've taken it back now and they've promised to fix it.

I agree - that Silly back end really spoils the smooth clean lines of the Pre-facelift front! /Devil5 Can you get them to De-facelift the rear too? /STP

that is a huge **** up, I wouldn't have even accepted the car back, suppose you had your father pick it up then ?

ideally a cross between the pre and post would be best IMO
i really like the little moulded up curve just in front of the wheels on the post but love the spotties and grill and rest of the pre. love the pre rear spoiler alot more than the afterthought that is the spoiler on the post but prefer the post rear light arrangement. i see a project.... ;-)

on that note i seen a mint as white leggy with no bagdes on the back and only 2 small clear rear lights rest were missing/masked off? i think, just small round brake lights etc similar to altezza or skyline styles if ya know what i mean, should have got a pic with phone... also seen a black one with no rear spoiler that was cool as well.

Yeah, my Dad picked it up and it sat in his garage for a week until I came to get it over the weekend. He of course didn't realise there was a problem.

prefacelift looks best! ive seen very few facelifted cars that appealed to me, they are jsut that - a facelift, ie changing things that aren't broken in a vain attempt to keep with the times. think of those other examples of facelifts gone wrong! although this one cerainly didnt go wrong, it isnt any better.

hehe. ... FIGHT!$@%@!#^%!

What has the Titanic got to do with this? /pan

At that time any ship would have sunk with a gash that size in its hull. If anything an older ship would have sunk faster, causing more loss of life.

This weekend I'm going to try Kenneths old tail gate on my prefacelift, and I've already got his facelift bumper booked for when he gets his aftermarket one fixed :)

My prefacelift has it's fuel light on at the moment, I've done about 430km on it with this tank. I will fill it up on my way to Kenneth's this afternoon and I will see how well it goes, but it is NOT as good as my facelift, which I regularly got 500km out of before the fuel light came on.
