Urgent: Info Required!!

Will the following wheels fit my car??????????

Rim width......7J
Rim dia..........17"
Offset............35mm

Tyre width......205
Aspect Ratio...40 (whatever this means)

Im not sure about the offset (you might need a spacer??), but the aspect im assuming refers to the % of tyre width to tyre depth? ie 205/40/17. You really need 205/45/17 to keep the speedo straight and not look like the wheelarches arent too big.
