Noticed that Xtreme Automobiles (http://www.ralliartuk.com), formerly known as Ralliart have a set of VR4 mats for sale @ £40.

They are black with the Ralliart logo stitched on.

I would buy them but my interior is beige, so black don't go. Thought someone might want them. :D

I think this is an old list. I got fed up sending them emails INSERT INTO post VALUES (well, OK, after two ;) ) and getting no reply. But these four sets of mats have been on this list for months ...

Reggie I have the Ralliart VR4 mats in my car
I think they look :cool1: having Beige carpets shows all the muck
I also have the Galant orignal mats and it takes ages to keep these clean in the winter

So I tend to use Black in the Winter and Beige on the Summer :D

Hmmm. I have same beige Galant mats and I've noticed that they show the dirt as well. Might not be a bad idea that. They have four sets left so I might just grab one.

H.7 - If you use the "contact us" option on the website, you are right, they never reply. But I took the e-mail address off the site and used it seperately, they replied within 20 minutes. I was stunned. I used the parts/service contact a marcus@ something or other.

And they do have these still available, as it was Marcus who told me the colour.

Go get 'em if you want 'em :D

Any chance you can post a pic of them? Would be greatly appreciated. I asked Extreme Automobiles for one but they didn't have any and weren't willing to take one. :Cry1:

if u think about it its quite expensive for a set of mats when u could get some for around tenner from local accessories INSERT INTO post VALUES (but these mats are cool and they feel so gooooooood)then again my m8 round my m=end told me he paid £120.00 for the same mats

They are kinda black - probably nearer charcoal ;) - the pics don't show the correct colour 'cos I guess the flash reflected off the pile. If I get a chance to take some daylight pics, I'll do so INSERT INTO post VALUES (unless zedy1 beats me to it ... :D )

What do you mean Reggie ? £40 was just the mats themselves plus the VAT/Postage made them £61.69 altogether - what's DOH about that ?

Brian

Cheers Brian, I think Charcoal will go better with Beige than Black, so it's getting better. Just got paid today so I think I'll order a set. Did you get 4, 2 small ones for the back as well?

Spirit
14-11-2003, 10:49 PM
I got 4 when I got mine from Extreme - the two small ones at the back are just plain though - no Ralliart or VR4 on them

Brind

Looks like they've been used already Brian?
Can see the oily spots and muddy foot print marks, I'd send em' back mate or run over that mousy again for driving your car with muddy feet and oily legs whilst under your bonnet chewing on your wires.. :D

I just took 'em out of the bag and took the photo  . The pile's all flat just now - needs a bit of gentle brushing to make it look its best :) . They are deffo charcoal colour INSERT INTO post VALUES (the bits that aren't red, orange and white :D ); I s'pose the brown tinge is reflected off my tasteful kitchen floor :biglaugh: . Reggie: yep, two mats for the back too INSERT INTO post VALUES (without logo). Haven't got the bill, yet, so no idea what the total is ;)

These mats are a bargain at £40! Paid £120+P+P for mine about 18 months ago from Xtreme. Damn rip off if you ask me at 120 squid!! but i did need em so there you go. ONly problem with these mats is that the thread in the VR4-Ralliart logo starts to loosen... well it has on mine anyway but what do you expect after 18 months .. :Ponder:

I noticed on their site the RRP was £88.13 but they sell em at £40, so they may have sold them at RRP back then.

£88.13 + VAT @ £15.42 = £103.55 and Postage at £16 will come in at around £119.55

Rang up to order a set today.

Extreme : "Oh. Er. I'll have to get back to you as we may not have any left, we had a run on them last week".

Me : "Bugger. That'll be my fault as I told the guys on the ClubVR4 website about them and I know some have been ordering."

Call back

Extreme : "As luck would have it I still have two left"

Me : "Cool. I'll have a set please. How much?"

Extreme : "£40.00 + £14.68 P&P - And to say thanks for putting us onto the website I'll throw in a boot mat".

What can I say - Thanks guys. If I could share the boot mat with you I would. :D

Well I suppose I could cut the mat in to sections and we can all have a bit OR we could make it a communal mat and take turns with it? :cool1:

Zedy1 gets it Jan-Mar, H.7 gets it Apr-Jun etc etc :D :D
