It might only be an extra £5 on a room, but I bet the bar is dearer!!

When K and I went to Jap Show Finale we stayed at a Holiday Inn - was £10 per night more, but breakfast was included - so for us it worked out exactly the same. It was a much nicer place to stay though.
Personally I would definitely be up for paying a few quid extra for a better hotel. However, I will of course go with the majority (half the fun is all being together afterall).
As for the bar bill, I honestly didn't notice any difference.....

Wheres everyone staying?
IBIS or Travel Inn?

I don't know if we made a decision? Seems like most are happy to go for the better hotel, rather than the Ibis!
Spirit

I think we used the Ibis because:
1: It usually has enough rooms
2: It has a bar
I would guess the Cepen Park will be full very quickly

With my 2 sessions booked, do I have to use a vr4? Or have to use a Mitsubishi? Does it have to be japanese?

Nick, did we do this mate ?
"Guarantee yourself an entry in the official
Japfest show guide. When you send in
your booking form just include 25 words
describing your club, achievements or
perhaps special interest cars on your stand
and we’ll include it in the guide as well as on
the website. Don’t forget your contact details so potential new members can get in touch!"
If not we can do it online

yes, best part of an hour before the EGP was dry (instructions say 30-60 mins: see, I did read them! /pan )
It was the fastest part of the whole process - wiped on, and near as dammit wiped off.

To prevent such splodges from said electro-mechanical device I suggest the following. Apply the lubricant evenly, and using gentle motion move the electro-mechanical device up, and down while gripping the device firmly, but not to firmly as this may cause hands to become frozen in one position. For best results I suggest moving the device right to top, as far as you can go without slipping over the edge then bring the device right back down towards your body, continue this motion untill satisfied with coverage. Once you are satisfied and using a clean lint free cloth remove the lubricant revealing the beast in all its glory.
