1) Print Screen Key
2) Open Paint
3) Paste Image
4) Cut out Car
5) Close Paint - Do not save image
6) Open Paint
7) Set attributes to 10 x 10
8) Paste cut image
9) Save as Jpeg
10) Post image to forum
