I know how that guy feels......
Still at least you can understand what the BT guy was saying....
Most of the cold caller people I get are called Graham and they are in an Indian call center..... I cant understand jack of what they are saying.

The telephone preference service is your friend.... Free to register and it stops 99% of annoying cold callers....
