Upgraded Alternators

I tried to have a look around but cant find anyone who has upgraded their alternator.. well has anyone?

And does anyone know what amps the stock V6 alternator is pushing? (i believe it must be in a range of 70-85)

Im not aware of anyone having upgraded their altenator.

i will be having mine done shortley , i have found a chap who says he can add aprox 60 amps to the out put for around the £150 mark i will post a link latter

re working the old one , i will have a spare one from a v6 ( non vr4 ) i wonder if this is the same ?

I have a UK spec V6 alternator in my VR4 at the mo and it runs fine.... I think I mentioned this in another thread today :thinking:
