A few weeks back I paid a large sum of money to fix a head failure in my legnum - the cylinder head had actually warped from overheating (it must have been the previous owner in Japan who drove it after a coolant leak).

Anyway, I notice I am having to top up the coolant levels regularly again - the same symptoms I was experiencing before! All I can say is damn - I'll be covered by some sort of warranty from the mechanic and/or engine reconditioner if it is really a problem with the head, but it is very annoying! :speechles

The blasted car is obviously cursed, but no matter, it's been such a pain in the arse I intend to keep it forever now!

what level are you toping it up to....

mine i have the tank filled to between low and high...
as depending on temp it goes up and down.

At cold, I am topping the overflow tank to the mid-point of the range. This morning though (cold), after a long drive last night it has fallen to below the low mark again. I hope it is just a coolant hose leak or something and not the head.
