Eh up,

Been doing my searching and general research on BOV's. See some good instructions on fitment of re-circ BOV's (on in the member articles especially) but can't find one on the VTA fitment.

Basically what i want to know is what do you do with the 'spare' pipe left over if you fit a purely VTA BOV? Do you block it up? if so, what with?

cheers,

Martin

Yes you do block it up, and if you buy, for example, the car specific HKS SSQV a blanking pipe will come with the kit, along with everything else you will need to fit it

Not sure if other kits are that helpful though.

Yup as above.

Blanking plugs are usually about £8, but you dont have to use a made for the job number, if you know what I mean.

I also wrote in a couple of posts instructions on getting your VTA BOV setup not to stall the engine. :)

Ive had 4 different VTA's on my car, and never had idle issues...

I know some people have... but always found that odd.
