Hi all,
Just joined, little back ground, I have only had 2 cars in my driving history a MK4 escort (great little thing while insurance was high) and my grey import MR2. The escort I had for 4 years and the 2 I have will have had around 5 years by the time I replace it next year.

I have always liked the looks of the galant, very sort of understated but aggressive at the same time, so I have registered to get a bit more info as I have pretty much decided I am going to replace my 2 with one, oh one more thing it will be a saloon not an estate.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could point me in the direction of some decent reading material about the Galants, I have been looking at the 2.5V6 and the VR-4, my choice of which will be most likely dependant on the most suitable flavour around the time when I purchase. As you can see from my previous cars I like to keep my motors for quite a few years, hence why I am gathering info now on a car which I would be looking for next year.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me and I hope to get to know this forum a lot better in the coming months.
