Got some Tein springs to fit... and I have a few questions:

How hard?

How Long will it take? :inquisiti

Do I need any special tools? :baby:

had a look for an article and couldnt find one...

Help appreciated!

How hard pretty easy if nothing is seized but if i remember
Put car on stands
Remove wheels
trolley jack the bottom of the shock to take out slack
front undo 3 bolts on top turrett ( and brace)
front undo 1 on lower of shock
Rear undo 2 bolts on top turrett ( and brace) 45Nm
Rear undo 1 on lower of shock 100Nm from mem
lower jack
throw in bin
assemble and refit as same way

As for time i give a day on it just in case but 3hrs if all goes well

special tools normally a spring clamp set wont go amiss but i never used a set yet
in weather like this the thermals

edit torque are 103Nm and 44 Nm for front and 98Nm and 44 for rear
