Just changed PC's and have lost my copy of Photoshop/pan
Any recommendations for free downloads before I go and buy a new one?
Have tried "Picasa" but it's a bit limited for resizing for avatars etc.

I think it's basically between the GIMP and Photoshop. Since PS is so capable, and is only £50, it's worth sticking with, especially if you're starting with RAW images.
