Two HKS filters????????????

Anyone have any idea wahts going on in this engine bay?? Does it really have two HKS filters and pipes going where they are not meant to, or do my eyes decieve:-

i was looking into that myself and trying to gigure it out it is possible to put to filters but the only problem i couldnt figure out was the air flow sensor INSERT INTO post VALUES (map) :Ponder:

There are some major mods there.....it looks like the turbos have been moved!

IIRC I rememeber seeing this on a Evo
And basically its 2 filters that join into 1 right near the MAFF
