I was driving home with Liz/Handbag on Christmas day and saw a damsile in distress.
Decided to do the decent thing and head back down the motorway and ask if she needed any help, rear tyre was flat, she said of course AA would be nearly 2 hours.
She was driving a silly little jeep, so job done putting knackered wheel back on the the rear down, stooped to check the nut positions and you guessed it, i twisted my back.
The next 3 days, left to streaching and pain killers, ITS GOOD TO BE NICE....
