an fto engine 2.0mivec and im going to rip the heads off and place them on my block, according to dave its possible they will fit and give additonal 20bhp will keep u guys posted on updates,painted my old engine block red black and silver me thonks it looks cool, okay will post some pics

dont have any money left if i did the my vr4 would have jet engines in it :D

Sounds like a heck of a project & might be a great idea !
The MIVEC head makes most of the extra power at high revs INSERT INTO post VALUES (think the FTO Mivec redline is over 8000rpm)....you may need to raise your rev limit to make use of that power.

The wiring will be an interesting one on that. The FTO wiring diagrams are on my website if they are of any help to you.

For anyone else whos interested a GPX engine only costs about £600-800 second hand from someone like Japco (http://www.japco.co.uk)

thank for the wiring diagrams zentac, iwas considering of using the orignal vr4 inlet according to my knoledge the only wiring on the heads is the cam sensor and the water temp sensor on the thermostat housing, the main wiring is on the throttle body.

picked engine up last night, what a f11uking experiance the wind was as fast as our vr4 throwing me tranny all over the lace, saw another transit on the oppsite side tilted over a on the third lane,

by the way engine looks very similar to the 6a13 so im off now to rip the heads off :D
