its only a kit and its not fitted very well.

I agree with Gly, but I have been told the kit has been refitted and has been done a lot better.

the kit was fitted properly and it is a manual and i recon he would get 15 for it as it does have gadgets in the interior a really jvc flash head deck, g reddy digital boost controller with button for switching to hi or low boost, g reddy turbo timer, and others and the engine is modified but you do more to it.

at the last big auckland meet,
i checked it out, and yes its **** loads better,

but the rear was still far from perfect,
someone had tried to blend the the bumper to the body and the bog had cracked leaving a ugly line...

lets face it, legnums and galants arnt worth a hell of alot these days,

and 15k is a dealers price.

and for 15k i could get a average manual 99 facelift legnum,
with aftermarket kit, 17" x 8" O.Z. mags, lowered on tanabe coil overs with cert, recaro interior, hardpipe kit, arc intercooler, 3" exhaust, 100km on the clock, new alarm, cambelts done,

and look its still forsale 2-3 months later

rhy's couldnt get what his car was worth or even what he wanted,
he had to part it out, to sell it.

no way in hell is VR4 R worth 15k

VR4 R is a 96 car I think, I'm not sure about the km's though. I do agree with Gly, he will be lucky to get much over $10k, and very very lucky to get $12k

Paul - VR4 R is just the guys number plate :) The car is just a normal VR4.


KHK, that car isn't a super vr4. The guy has put a super vr4 front on it, other than that the rest of the body is just standard facelift type-s VR-4 spec.

I got a 2001 Maunal Legnum with Recaro interior for 14k... no mods and no evidence of ever having any. though the rear brake disks are grooved.

thats what the dealership prices are doing. That car was on the lot for $14,999 but got it down to $14,000

Sif I want some other munt hacking up my car. I'm perfectly capable of doing that myself :D

I payed a good price for mine! It had alot of work done to it tho! Have a look at the meet forum! I think that is a good price!!! The mags don't suit the car tho!

I know man! I wish they were 17x9! Then people behind me would know to keep away lol! The best thing is i can make the car lower or higther if i want! My last vr4 was LOW and i failed my w.o.f every time!!!

hes got a boost controller in the car and that button switces the boost from low to high.
