Whats the best way to test how much boost my turbos are producing? Just plant it through first 2 or 3 gears? How well would it work if I find a gentle hill at 60-70kmph in 5th and floor it. From what I've read here boost spiking does be bad for my engine, is all spiking bad coz I sometimes get a spike up to about 10-11 psi, is this very harmfull or not so bad considering some of you are running more than this as standard?

Spiking 10-11 psi is somewhat insignificant.
If you want to see what your turbos are doing, 4th or 5th on a decent hill at where you can run from 3000 rpm to at least 4500RPM. this will give enough load to run at max boost and hopefully you wont accelerate too fast to monitor your boost gauge.

I wouldnt worry to much about spikes up to 10/11.... its when you start venturing towards 13 and above its time to calm it down a bit and be gentle on the engine.
