Yeah mean't we have 53 visitors INSERT INTO post VALUES (not logged in members) which would imply the site is being spidered again :D

basically, the search engines use bots to "visit" each page, and record what they find.. this is all stored on a database for quick and easy searching on search engines.. if you go to google and type in mitsubishi galant vr4 you will see the following

notice the cached link? if you click that you will see that last page they have gathered from the last spider.
So thats what the bots are doing now.. gathering a copy of each page

If you click on the Currently Active Users you can see what people are browsing in

Thing is some are editing posts some are sending private emails or doing Moderating duties

Can the spider only see guest threads and not VR-4, Technical and Member areas.

Need to watch what we place on this site, to ensure that the really valuable stuff is secure from non-members and guests.

Don't know about you guys n gals but this reads like a script from Red Dwarf. "google bots" & "spiders".

Notice it all seems to have calmed down now - unless of course Kryton found a way to destroy them pesky bots :D Or should that be Barry :D :D
