It was on the Y-Bend pipe...which may have caused the boost hold problems I had. Haven't really checked what it's like ATM, but will post findings as they come. :)

They had a lot of weld in that area though, quite hard to beleive they missed a spot. How big was it? Hope it sorts out a few problems for you.

so yes i can confirm the was a hole in the intercooler piping,
big enough that it could cause boost issues.
