Was told I would be disconnected on the 28th Feb......no problem.

THEY CANCELLED IT TODAY AND WON'T RECONNECT ME !

Did you cancel your d/d with Tiscali? Keep an eye on the bank balance otherwise? Father in law was with Tiscali, cancelled service and cancelled d/d after service ceased, then they sent him bills asking him to cough up for the next 3 months! Dont trust them to do what they say (as you already know!)
