I'm not sure if this post is allowed, but I guess its only like asking to borrow someones haynes manual.

Does anyone have a copy of the Galant manual I saw on CD on ebay?

No haynes manuals for the galant, apart for american ones, which are quite different.
Can you put a link up for the e-bay one?

I used to have one for my Rover 620turbo and the 200sx, very useful

Hmm, i suspect these are just copies of the mitsu workshop manuals.
Im pretty sure we have these manuals in the members area. £20 membership fee is well worth it in this respect and will allow you to access these. Plus there are some really knowledgeable peeps on here who can answer just about everything there is to ask about galants.

Aye. We have those and more in our library. I would strongly recommend membership over the e-bay item.

And as Paul says, they are more maintenance books than service guides. They are useful, but not written in the Haynes style!

Hehe, you're all really pushing the membership fee aren't you :)

I will indeed be joining, it's the only place I can get decent Galant advice, so well worth it indeed.

And yeah, I believe they will be workshop manuals, they're only PDF's so they've got them from somewher eonline I reckon. I'll check my bittorrent sources

Heh! Well - £3.24 for a cd full of PDF's ain't too much of a rip off!

Who us? Push membership? Never! LOL!

If you are happy to wait a while, then you could come and see us all in Solihull at a rolling road day at the end of March. Have a look in the events section for more details. Meet the mad crew before you decide you want to join in proper!!

Hi

Are the JPNZ translated user manuals worth buying at all? $50 in NZ and also advertised in the UK on the interweb.

Thanks
Martin

I have one. It is a translation of the owner's manual you get when you buy the car new. I do not think it really is worth $50. It does give you some specs and service intervals and how to operate the various controlls! Also how to and when to wash the car!!
