So, you buy a V6 Twin turbo from a company (ok not the same one but still)
and you take it in to get serviced, they call you up and say it's going to cost $900 as there's some things wrong, needs new brake pads, plus a tyre is completely shot.
Ok, a bit rough, never mind, I give the go ahead and they do the work.
Then just as I'm hoping in a taxi at 5:30 to make my way to pickup my VR, I get a call from the manager. "Hi umm we've busted up your wheel"
"err what?"
"we've striped the centre cap thread blah blah somethingerather, we take full responsibility and we're going to try to source you a new mag. Come in and we'll give you a courtesy car"
:( ok so, I can handle that, **** happens, they're sorting it out.
BUT
then they give me this:
