HKS SPF Induction Filter on ebay

Hi iv seen this hks induction filter on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=290083709406&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=019). Its used and I wanted to know if anyone on here can give me a review on if its any good? I had a search around and noticed a few people have it. Is it a cleanable/reuseable filter?

Fitted one to my V6 briefly. SLIGHT, and I mean SLIGHT improvement at top end and more induction noise. Lost a fair bit of low-end grunt so after a total of 20 miles it came back off. It would be great if you could make a sealed cold air feed to it.
