Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.
I selected NO.

not sure, but try this..

make sure its ticked for no.
log out.. INSERT INTO post VALUES (deletes cookie)
log in..
wait for reply to post.. :D

if not ill investigate further

I'm still getting them BraindG? I didn't at first, but first thing this morning I was bombarded with loads..

I logged out like you said, and I even deleted all my other cookies from my 'Internet Options' on the Internet Explorer tool bar.
