Just wondering what is the practical use of the flares. Since installing Brembo calipers on my pre-facelift VR4 I had to use 4mm spacers & now my front wheels rub. Will these help ?
Thanks.

Edmund, they won't help because they basically just stick on over the existing metal. If you were to cut away the existing metal and use these to cover up the bit you've cut out, then yes they will definately help you.
my wheels are wide enough that they stick out the side of the arches,
orginally my wheels scraped on the guards,
fixed this by rolling the gaurds,
still looked like the wheels stuck out a bit
was gonna put the flares on to make it look like the wheels sat under the arches, (you can fail a wof on not having the wheels enclosed)
and they just look good :P
gives the car a harder/wider look :P

Congratulations on finally getting what you wanted. I'm interested in the flares, running 18x8.5's so they do "fill" the guards. I'm in Howick/Dannemora so give me a text, 021 1844244, you got your end caps for 'your girlfriends' Legnum from me a while back. cheers
sweet, will give you a txt.
the ST still belongs to me :) shes only put a deposit down on it so far

Carsten (Gly) has a guard rolling tool if you need it. I cant remember the charge, but its way cheaper than getting someone else to do it.
