Good luck, I quit 7 years ago and still have the odd craving but as soon as I get near the smell it reminds me I hate the thing now ;)

Good man - first couple of weeks is the hardest.

I gave up 10 years ago and feel all the better for it. Come July and you won't have to stand in the pub doorway every time you have a smoke.

My Dad stopped some 15 years ago now on his birthday. He used polos as a alternative and mum and I just put up with his increased bad temper for a few months! /grr /help I have to say.... I was very proud of my old man for doing that, as he did it just as much for me and mum as he did for himself. Mum followed a few months later.

TBH I got fed up with my own excuses for not stopping.
Too stressed at work, too stressed during jeans pregnancy etc etc. Time for action!
