After changing oils to 5w-30 from crude 10w-40 i've noticed an increase in revving ability, but a decrease in mpg.
At first I thought it was the transmission fluid change, slipping on amsoil and losing me power, but I noticed the other thing that changed was my engine oil
Maybe I should look at a 5w-40? Anyone else got any experience with mpg changes (other than "I changed to amsoil 0w-40 and i can drive to the moon and back on one change and at 60mpg")
