Wanted: 3000gt Spyder

I need to have one of these.

1994-95 3000GT convertable. INSERT INTO post VALUES (not silver) UK

Where does the roof go? Is it all electric like the Mercedes SLK / Peugeot 206cc / Lexus SC430. If so, I may yet try to persuade the better half to look at one of these rather than the Merc when she changes from her current car. Never knew these were convertible :rolleyes: :)

This is #801 of 907 made for 1995. A total of 1,618 Spyders were ever produced. 741 were the non-turbo SL model and 877 were the twin-turbo VR4 as pictured here. That makes the Spyder one of the most unique production cars in the entire world.

IMO, the standard GTO is one of the worst cars ever to drive. I dont like the look of them, nor would i ever buy one, or for that matter get excited about one..

but as they say, each to their own :shrug:
