should they be abolished.....theres an open prison which in a straight line is about 2 maybe 3 miles away from, mainly a pedo prison.....today on bbc wales news....another prisoner has escaped, burgular considered mildly dangerous, but we would like to stress he is not a sex offender.....so that makes it better does it? the fact he is mildly dangerous is ok, because hes not a sex offender.....this is the 7th person this year that has just walked out of prescoed prison, sory he has "absconded".....should they just abolish them and turn them into a prison where no one can walk out, its a joke/Grrr /Grrr /Grrr /Grrr
