The car has been found well actually the car wasn't stolen. The guy parked it in a different road to the one he thought he had. He now has a parking ticket and has to live with the embarrassment of so many people knowing lol as it was posted on loadsa forums. I have asked him if he's got ME cause its the kinda thing I would do

Mind you, I'd sooner live with the embarassement than have a copper tell me they've found a burned out shell somewhere....

this is *exactly* why I drive an unusual car: back in the day when I had company Vauxhall Cavaliers & Omegas I was forever trying to get into the wrong car in carparks.

I found it's far less embarrasing to have the only VR4/Maserati 430/Fiat 130tc/Saab's various over the years in the carpark
