Last week I bought some off Flea bay, they arrived yesterday and I just fitted them!

What a doddle!!

They come from www.ultimatestyling.com, and I got them for £17.94 delivered.

The best bit is they work!!

Which ones, clear or smoked?

I would think that smoked would look good on a white Legnum :afro:

I figured clear would look better....

I know barry is keen on the smoked ones, I may try then on my car when he gets some.

I gave my standard ones a light coat of satin black, then a good coat of laquer and then polished the hell outta them!! took longer but cost less.

but orange indicators look terrible!

I disagree - on a silver car they add a little touch of colour.

personally i would go with clear on a ligt colour cra silver or white. and smoke on a dark colour car.

But if you have dark alloys on a light colour car then smoke would get picked out in the detail.

But that is only my opinion (it a good one but it only mine).

Cheers dave

Nice one :)

K - ever thought your car would look better with Evo 7/8 mags, a facelift front bumper, clear side indicators and a brunette behind the wheel?

I just got a set of these off the same company. I may have got the wring units here, but has anyone noticed they are a bit different? The standard ones are flush and these are slightly bulbous??

Wouter

Yeah I noticed that too.... I am not sure if I like it or not.

Factory orange ones as fitted to VR4's are flush.

Clear genuine Mitsi ones as fitted to my V6-24 are slightly bulbous.

I purchased a set of genuine clear ones for my VR as there wasn't much price difference.

The ones I got from Johnny_Cashed were bulbous too, old orange ones were flush.

That's another reason why I went with the orange ones - Because they're flush and it's cleaner. It looks weird to me, having a side repeater bulge when the car's lines are essentially straight and angular.

Those front arches are definitely not straight and angular, they bulge like hell. But I take your point and did think they looked odd too. Still the clear looks far better against the black/green.

Yeah the clear ones that came supplied with my galant which I assume are oem were bulbous, as were the smoked pair I bought. TBH I didn't think it looked bad at all, but the smoked look great on a black car, even better for sticking out a bit, look like some kind of pods :pimp2:
