Will a VR4 bonnet fit in the back of a legnum?

Was it Axeboy ? a while back saying he had 4 bonnets for some reason..... as he also has a leggie I would be firing the question at hime, unless I imagined the whole thing :thinking:

they dont fit,
to big...
we taped one to the roof rails on my legnum to get it home

no they don't fit. As Carsten suggested, you could tape it to the roof, or you could drive to the pickup point without a bonnet, and fit it straight away :D

no it wont fit inside. but you can get some ratchet straps and strap it to the roof

75 miles isn't that far, just do it in the evening.
Anyway, spill the beans and tell us what sort of bonnet you're getting :)

THEY DO FIT!!! you have to lay down the back seats... turn them sideways and it will fit in... sorry bout late reply... its awkward getting them in and out but it can be done. i have done it before

Its a bit like a chinese puzzle, but they should. I got 2 in the focus and its a far smaller boot.
