So I got some new wheels, I was dead chuffed, then I fitted them and noticed how small and puny those tyres are. They look ridiculous!!!! Best put my hand back in my pocket for some new tyres, before the trolley guy at ASDA trys to collect the car!!/Banana

Agreed. I am running 225 45 17's on mine. Looking at the photo I would guess they are 17s ... the ride must be quite harsh if they are 35 or 40 profile tyres ... :thinking:

They are 205/40/17
Haven't really been brave enough to drive the car on them, the nice man from Event mobile will be here in an hour or so with some 225/45/17 for me, should be much better!

Yeah 205/40's are way too small, it sounds as if he had them on another sort of car. To give you an idea of how small they are:

225/50/16 circumference 1982mm, 837 revs per mile
205/40/17 circumference 1871mm, 887 revs per mile
225/45/17 circumference 1992mm, 833 revs per mile

Yes they are, I dont think they were fitted to an evo prior to me getting them tho!
