Where do you all get your track day insurance from ? /juggle /juggle

Got mine from "Competition Car Insurance" as previous.
Tel 0115 941 5255 Ask for Val.
Cover cost £74.00 for the day.
Tip: Ask for "part day" cover as we've only got 2 sessions it's about
£20 cheaper than full day.

I used Competition Car Insurance for JapFest II last year. It was about £60 for the day but then the cost depends on the insured value for the car.

It's just a shame they didn't cover mechanical breakdowns ... :bigcry:

As a general guide, cost is 1% of agreed value with a 10% excess.

So if you want a £20000 payout if the car is written off (assuming the car is worth that), it'll cost you £200 for the day, and you'll pay the first £2000.

I phoned around quite a few firms and they were all much the same.
