Chris Variava Derby seem to be good chaps, been there on numerous occasions for parts and info as well as my 45k servics INSERT INTO post VALUES (kerching!) Helpful and friendly bunch, especially Andy.

Chris Variava Nottingham are reasonable. Steve, the workshop manager and Jim INSERT INTO post VALUES (one of the mechanics) are particularly good and I have no hesitation in recommending them. However, I would suggest not booking your car in for more than one or two things at a time. I've noticed they tend to book in more work than the mechanics have time for.... with the knock-on effect on service quality.
