Just had a 72,000 mile service carried out by these guys. Very friendly and helpful on the phone, and gave me a quote for £261. Booked the car in for the following week with no problems, and they offered a courtesy car as well.

In addition, checked out sticky throttle pedal and changed front fog bulb for no extra cost INSERT INTO post VALUES (other than cost of bulb).

Costs worked out as follows:

Labour 2.6 Units 124.80
Bulb INSERT INTO post VALUES (fog) 2.23
Fuel Filter 18.03
Gas Treatment 10.00
Motor Flush 9.16
Gasket o/drain plug 0.53
Oil Filter 6.53
Engine Oil 4.3L 22.58
Service Kit 3.90
Anti Freeze 2.0L 9.04
Brake Fluid 8.03
Screen Wash 1.87
Brake Dust Arrestor ? 3.00
Environmental Charge ? 1.00

Total & tax 259.32 INSERT INTO post VALUES (less than original quote)

The problem with the throttle turned out to be a bent pin holding the butterfly valve in the throttle body. Needs new throttle body INSERT INTO post VALUES (£840 ish special order part). They said they could put it all through the warranty and would try to get it ordered within the next week :D

Also fitted a new tow-hook cover to the front bumper for free :-D

Couldn't be faulted. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

The enviromental charge will be for disposal of your oil.

Great news on the tow-hook cover though !!!!

BigD reckoned it would cost about £30, but I think they may have had one in the right colour just lying about. I can't see anything wrong with it so....who cares if its second hand. It certainly beats Marshall Mitsi at Cambridge who quoted me £370 just for the service. I don't think they would have fitted the bulb, stripped the throttle body AND fitted the tow hook cover for no extra charge.
