It's between London and Birmingham. Nice town, but also easy travelling distance to a lot of other places. How far off is the move? From the description above, it could be as close as three weeks, or as far as twelve months!

INSERT INTO post VALUES (I'm talking about Oxford. The quote button is at the bottom right of the post!)

Depends on which part of London and what time. I have never done that trip, but I would guess 40 mins up to several hours! Maybe others on here can give you a better idea?

I can maybe give you some ideas, I live in Marlow which is roughly half way between London and Oxford.

If I want to get to Oxford for nine-ish then I leave Marlow at around 7:30, to leave any later I will get stuck on the M40/A40.

When I go the other way, into London INSERT INTO post VALUES (I only ever go as far as Heathrow-which is on the outskirts anyway) the journey can take as little as 20 minutes, and in my worst ever experience took over 2 hours!

If you're thinking of living in London and commuting to Oxford, you wanna be real good at getting up early :-D

But there is an excellent bus service between Oxford and London, and I don't believe it's so expensive either.
