Mebbe WRD could invest in a decent camera to take pictures of their products? Looks good, but there is alot of glare from the lights, make it a little difficult to make out details.

Anyhoo, the inevitable question? how much and is it any good?

Wow, that's rather big!

Where's the power steering cooler going now? Still using the original?

Yep it is good , after a very good thrash the inlet side of the pipework was quite hot , but the outlet side was ice cold . Notice a lot better pickup and bum dyno felt a good improvement

As for price give us a chance we only spent 18 hrs yesterday designing the kit and haven't work out the prices yet

the pipe coming down on the drivers side looks almost identical to the pipe in my car, I also have a 600x300x100mm intercooler. Did you guys manage to fit it behind the front bumper in the same way mine has been fitted, pushing up the edges of the bumper slightly?

hmmm yep we pushed it up with a saw :D

Same size as mine /yes

And mine with original power steering cooler. :D

Looks good Lads.. Though i don't think that the extra little bit of airflow will show any noticeable difference.. :speechles

Whats protecting the bottom edge of the cooler ??

Looks great /yes

Larger FMIC is definately on my list of future mods ... although I would want to retain the bottom edge of the bumper ... :pimp2:

Well it was late and we had been at it for far too long so the thought process was what the hell just cut the bugger off .

Must admit that it doesn't look too bad , and the thing that protects the bottom of the IC is , err well err carefull driving ( oh dear I'm screwed )

Not a great deal Gurj........ Its as much as I can do is to make them stop for food, and that aint for long. I have known them to eat and work at the same time.

Looks nice gentlemen!

Any idea what kind of cfms it will handle? Lots by the look of it!

Cheers,

Ben.

well it is rated at 600+ bhp , but I suspect that it will handle more only time will tell :D

As for CFM's would imagine it is quite high as there is very little restriction in the design of the IC

You should have seen them down tools when I turned up with fizzy drinks, ice-creams and fags!

Mind you they did work hard for the duration of my visit on Saturday - I didn't stick around to see the job finished but it was well on it's way.
