Ok going to fit the sandwich plate at the weekend and at the same time do the oil and filter, I take it that 0w 30 fully synthetic is the way forward but anyone know how much I will get in a 6A12T

according to my ever faithful auto data cd , 4.3 litres with filter

Yep, just over 4 litres for both 6A13TT and 6A12T

If it has the stock twin turbo setup (you haven't converted to a big single have you?) then yes 6A12TT is correct.

/pan Thanks for that, so do you all use 0W-30 then ?

Tappets in the Proton didn't like it that thin ? though the Evo runs on it fine ? They both had around the same miles are are not that different 4G93 and 4G63 :afro:
