Theres plenty of places that will make you a system to your exact requirements..

I used www.exhaustsuk.com

as did many other members :D

But as i have no idea where your based :D

I dunno if it's of any use to you !

pah i made my own, only cost me 50 quid in parts.
looks standardish, makes a deep noise that a V6 should low down in the revs but when you boot it, you no longer here the exhaust as the engine note takes over, so theres no horrible drone as your getting quicker.
and when your plodding along it also makes no noise, unless your accelerating in a lowe gear. best exhaust ive ever heard on a car, and like i said cost me 50 quid
would up load the photos of the process of making it, but its on memory card, and i have no reader thing for it, and my phone is compleltly shagged that plugs into my computer

only pick i have of the exhaust. btw i wouldnt attempt to do this unless you know what your doing, as what was 7foot of exhaust pipe is now about 3 foot of exhaust pipe cut up and made to fit like the original....
take old galant box off, cut flange, and mounts off....take 50 quid brand new transit center box with the whole rear tail pipe, cut it up so it runs in the same place as the stock exhaust....then take on FTO rear box, cut the tips off, and using whats left of the transit pipe, make a twin tip...harder than it looks and sounds took ages to get all lined up and cut so that it could be welded...i put a 5mm lump of steel inbetween the tips, so that when welded together they would have 6mm gap in the middle of them and wouldnt be stuck together.....
i then fabricated up a 2 into 1 converter, ie the 2 tail pipes joined up in a Y shaped pipe, so both tail pipes would be working, and could easily be welded onto the box....
however when you go to mount the tail pipes make sure you have the box mounted up properly other wise you will soon realise that your exhaust tips exit into your bumper...so some cunning cutting and splicing we put a step on the Y bend so that it would come out in the hole of the bumper....then the original brackets were welded up, and was all bolted up, sealed and jobs a goodun

Thanks Pitslayer, I think I will leave the DIY as I do not have a car lift or tig welder in my shed.
