GLS rear wheel bearing

Our 38000 mile GLS (2000 W) seems to have a grumbly rear wheel bearing, does anyone know if this is a common fault (its an estate if that makes any difference).

Also anyone know if its a big jub to change them? I did a search but only found VR4 and V6 discussion which both refer to a bearing carrier and have spolined shafts evident (because theyre 4WD obviously) any suggestions?

Well I guess that answers part of my question, this isnt a common problem ;)

you should be able to get replacements from koyo, follow the link in my sig "engine to ground" somewhere there it links to koyo, with a telephone number.
